At ETS, we have been training Christians from all denominations, to know how to disciple a new believer, therefore taking the pressure off the leadership team
You can book online, email or phone, to discuss a suitable date. Once this has been agreed, we will send you confirmation and you can decide if you want to take advantage of our monthly scheme.
We will come to your church building or meeting place and set up around 8.30am, ready to go at 9.30am, finishing around 3.30pm. We provide the manuals and training, and you provide the lunch.
Once the training is over, you will have a ready-made team to support your church, who know how to journey with a new convert or someone who has wandered from the faith.
ETS are looking for mature Christians who want to become Discipleship Leaders
Most mature Christians have studied God`s word, listened to hundreds of sermons, but have never been able to release their knowledge and understanding of the Christian faith to a new believer.
Therefore, if you are a mature believer, have a good understanding of basic scripture, and want to help a new believer, or someone, who wants to grow in their faith, then you are an idea candidate for become a Discipleship Leader with ETS
We will provide all the training you need, along with our manuals with a certificate after you have buddied up with a new believer and completed all our sessions. For more information, please click here
We don’t just teach evangelism we put this into practice every week on the streets, where the Lord provides salvations as you will see these images. We love to share the Good News and want to equip our brothers and sisters in Christ to do the same.
We have found that unless people own their story and understand how uniquely placed they are in their community, no matter how good the teaching is, this will fade as soon as we go. Therefore, we talk through some key areas and ask the participants to take ownership and act this out in the sessions. We share and then they do!
